Specify the space and finish
Share room plans, dimensions, finish references and intended use. For hospitality or commercial projects, identify durability and performance needs before supplier selection.
Approve samples and packing
Confirm fabric, veneer, hardware, glass, stone or metal specifications. Request packing suitable for the goods, and clarify disassembly, fragile surfaces and carton labelling.
Plan the last mile
Provide delivery floor, lift availability, door widths and unloading arrangements. Clarify whether assembly or installation is included; shipment delivery alone does not imply either service.
